Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very gentle, light-touch manual therapy that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. It focuses on the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, aiming to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and reduce stress.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you contact us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of your session. If you are a new client you may be asked to provide credit card information to hold your appointment.
